Quality Statement

The company was formed in 1981 to satisfy customer requirements for electrical contracting services.

We are engaged in electrical contracting activities including design, installation, maintenance, inspection and test of electrical equipment and systems.

The ISO9001 quality management system covers all design, installation, maintenance, inspection and test activities QUALITY POLICY & OBJECTIVES Our quality policy is to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing services which consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of its customers.

This level of quality is achieved through adoption of a system of procedures that demonstrate our competence to existing customers, potential customers, and independent auditing authorities. Achievement of this policy involves all staff, who are individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in continually improving quality and the working environment for all.

This policy is provided and explained to each employee by the Quality System Manager The objectives of the System are:-

a. To maintain an effective Quality Assurance System complying with International Standard ISO9001.

b. To achieve and maintain a level of service and performance that enhances the Company's reputation with customers.

c. To ensure compliance with relevant statutory, technical and safety requirements.

d. To ensure compliance with the NICEIC Technical Standard, ie. BS 7671:1992 (The IEE Wiring Regulations) and other appropriate Codes of Practice

e. To endeavour, at all times, to maximise customer satisfaction with the services which we provide.
